You may know pitmaster Trace “The Rib Whisperer™” Arnold from HISTORY Channel’s ‘Cross-Country Cookout. Every Summer, Arnold and his crew does it up in true Texas style as they hop across the country in The Ultimate Smoker and Grill – a custom 80-foot smoker rig. Even though he has fans in every corner of the nation, we got him to settle down just a bit to create 3 Stacks Smoke & Taphouse.
The namesake of the restaurant is attributed to the three large smokers that welcome diners upon entrance, each dedicated to a different selection of meat. Committed to quality, seasonal and fresh ingredients, 3 Stacks aims to have customers taste the difference by serving a menu filled with quality slow smoked meats, homemade rubs & sauces, seasonal side vegetables and daily baked breads. Balancing the extensive food menu is an all-American Tap House which offers an extensive list of local & regional beers.
